From Interstate 5 From Interstate 5, merge onto eastbound Highway 78 Drive approximately 14 miles on eastbound Highway 78, then exit at Twin Oaks Valley Road Turn right to go south on Twin Oaks Valley Road After approximately .5 mile, turn left onto Craven Drive. You have now arrived at CSU San Marcos.
